Turd World Exploitation? NOT

I always hear people say that companies like nike and the gap exploit workers in the turd (3rd) world by hiring them? Excuse me. Lets run the numbes that Walter E Williams Column Here runs. If a worker is making 75 cents a day rummaging through trash or doing whatever other menial work ther is available, and a nike shoe factory goes in and hires you at 3.00 a day rather than the 50 - 75 cents you were making, are you exploited? I mean if thats exploition we should have more of it. Anyways Walter makes a great point.
